Shipping policy

Processing Times: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During launches, sales, or holidays processing times may extend to 3-5 business days.

Fifth + Fig Texas is NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages marked as delivered but not received. For missing or stolen packages, customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist with tracking issues whenever possible. 

Please verify your shipping address before checkout. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

Shipping Restrictions: We are unable to reroute packages once they have shipped 

International Shipping: International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties.

Return Shipping: Fifth + Fig Texas will supply customers with return shipping labels.
